WORK ETHIC from Colossians 3:23

Colossians 3:23 - And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;

That sums it all up. You want success in life? You want your boss to notice? You want to set an example for others to follow? You want to make a difference and an impact on other people? Then work for the Lord. In everything you do... work as if you were working directly for the Lord and not for men. You will find that there are no little tasks, nothing of insignificance. Nothing that is so small that you shouldn't devote your full attention to. Don't get the mindset of working for a living or a paycheck. Don't work simply for something to do or do the bare minimum to keep your job. In everything you set your hand to do, do it just like it was requested of you from God Himself. Always strive for excellence. Always strive to set the bar higher than the last time.
